Adirondack Fabric and Fiber Arts Festival
September 17
Look for Karin and the Battenkill Fibers display. Shop for yarn, roving, mitt kits, and our newest all-NYS product: woven blankets. We are also accepting custom processing orders at this Festival. Stop by and say hello.
Finger Lakes Fiber Festival
September 17-18
Mary Jeanne will be walking the show on Saturday; and we'll have a big rig out in the parking lot to accept all of your fiber. Call her to make plans to meet up 802 236 0881 (m). Please consider New York State businesses when you are making your custom processing decisions.
Southern Adirondack Fiber Festival - 3rd annual
September 24-25
Be there or be square! This is our hometown festival; and Battenkill Fibers is "hometown proud" to be the sponsor of the fleece judging competition - in recognition of the high quality fibers that our friends and neighbors are producing here in Washington County, NY. If you are in the area on Fri. Sept. 23, come by the mill for a Welcome Reception (5 - 8 pm) - light refreshments and mill tours.

Our friend Lisa Westervelt from Cranberry Moon Farm has invited us to share her booth space with her - Outside 27A. Please bring us your fiber for processing. We will have all of our samples set up and can help you select the weight and ply of yarn that fits best with your fiber. Karin will be in the sheep barn with her animals - look for her in her Battenkill Fibers vest.

Battenkill Fibers will have a booth! Please bring us your fiber for processing. We will have all of our samples set up and Karin can help you select the weight and ply of yarn that fits best with your fiber. Mary Jeanne will be speaking on the Demonstration Stage both mornings at 9:30 a.m. on selecting the right yarn for your fiber; and she will also be doing a hands-on workshop Sunday November 6, 12 noon - 2 p.m.
